             GUIDE TO VALUE STEM TAPER CLEARANCE.
       3.   CUT ALL ANGLE IN VALUE SEAT, LAP IN VALUE.
       4.   CHECK STEM PROTRUSION AND TOP COLLAR BOTTOM SIDE TO TOP OF
             GUIDE CLEARANCE WITH OUT SEAL INSTALLED.
       5.   CHECK SPRINGS FOR SEAT PRESSURE INSTALLED HEIGHT, MINIMUM
             IS 90 PSI.
       6.   INSTALL ALL SPRING AND SEALS, CHECK COIL BIND MINIMUM IS .600 .
       7.   CUT SPRING POCKET DEEPER IF MORE COIL BIND IS NEEDED. USE
             FLAT SHIM NEXT TO HEAD, NOT HARLEY BOTTOM COLLARS. SHIM
             NEEDED FOR LONGER SPRINGS AND NECESSARY COIL BIND.
       8.   TOOLS NEEDED HAND DRILL, DRILL PRESS AND LATHE. SEAT AND
             VALUE MACHINE.
       9.   SPRING POCKET CUTTER BY MANLEY AND SPRING POCKET & GUIDE
             CUTTER BY GOODSON .
